Congress Passes Budget Bill

Every since the government shutdown ended in October on a terrible three extension, I have be dreading the impending political drama and it's impact on market talk to volatility. Suddenly the two parties emerged from closed-door talks with a deal....and it passed. Now it needs to get through the Senate. Senator Dick Durbin, Democrat from IL, told CBS this weekend that they (the Democrats) still don't have enough votes to pass the bill in the Senate. I sure hope this is able to get through as it will make positioning portfolios easier for the start of 2014.
