Closing On 73 Units

We closed on our acquisition in the Ft Lauderdale market. It was a great experience and I learned a lot.
First, our firsts:

• First agency loan
• First investment received from a family office
• First Florida multi-family investment

There were many firsts on this one including this being the first time that I was able to get a property in Florida under contract. This took 18 offers rejected by sellers due to a hot market and there being so many cash buyers in the Florida market.

This property is significant for Six Four as it’s our first acquisition in Florida and specifically in a very hot market in South Florida. We think there is a lot of upside to rents due to a rapidly evolving neighborhood along with the added pressure from new residents moving into Florida from northern states.
