As you may know, I love cars and grew up in a Blue Oval family with a history of Mustangs and hold a special place in my heart for the Ford’s pony car. So I’d like to wish it a happy birthday, as on April 17th, 1964, the Ford Mustang debuted in New York City. Pretty cool to have the Mustang be such a part of American culture for so long.
The first Mustang ever sold was a Wimbledon White coupe. Here it is pictured with the brand new, 2015 Mustang in the same color. Only 1964 copies will be made in blue or Wimbledon White. I know which color I’d pick!
